life can get pretty stressful with responsibilities-demands it's nice to just get away and ride a mule. my hubby and daughter rode for hours--even my middle boy got up on a horse for a while. I sat and took over 300 pictures--I was in my element watching my family having a FABULOUS time just--being. the weather was cool, the storm clouds rolled in and made for some interesting back drops. in fact the picture with the clouds in the back was one that I took with my phone and posted to instagram--pretty sweet! today on the
Elle's studio blog there is a sketch I took the challenge and came up with this layout:
The sketch inspired me to place my pictures and elements but I added a bit of "me" to it by adding more pictures and cameo cuts.
closeups:
these arrow and hexagons are from the studio calico stamp camp cuts:
told my daughter that the little stamped heart was my favorite part of this layout--it has crackle accents inside of it! it's the little things that make me happy! :) that little enjoy sticker has been floating around my desk for a while and FINALLY found a home here:
thanks for the visit today!

Awesome layout Diana! Really love the arrows and the great use of crackle - I have it on my desk but always struggle with what to do with it!

Very cute layout!
Too cool! I've never riden a mule! Our family just got back from the beach. We were there for four days and had a great time. Ate lots of seafood and got some sun! :) Great page, by-the-way! ;) love all your elements and how you left the Studio Calico on there.
