when I first glimpsed the True Stories kit from Scrapbook Circle, I was a little concerned that I didn't have ENOUGH pictures to scrap with! :)  LOVE the colors in this kit--easy and fun to create with.  a few days after first receiving the kit we traveled to my in laws and I captured some more exciting summer activities.  I caught my boys ordering their favorite flavored sweet cold treat (mine is root beer float--pictured with my son):

a few closeups (click on them to make them larger):
I didn't dream about this layout but I did sketch it out before hand...  Both pieces of card stock used on this layout (background & title) are from the card stock add ons that unfortunately is sold out.  I wanted to use this title (from the silhouette library)  Once I cut it I knew that I wanted to add some sparkle--remember I'm using things from my stash!  It looks a lot better in person!
A little fun note about this little place that sells these sweet treats is that it is ONLY open in the summer, it's something that EVERYONE looks forward too!
I've got to run and cut some one's hair, thanks SO much for the visit today--hope your day is WONDERFUL!

Those Cameo cuts are perfection! Where did you get those out of this world looking floats?
