Scrapbook Circle Blog Hop!

Scrapbook Circle is celebrating it's 4th year in business. So we wanted to do a special blog hop to celebrate.
So, welcome to my blog! If you have come from Jill's blog you are on the right track! If your not sure the order, scroll down and you can see where you are to go.
I wanted to share with you a layout I did using the *just released* May kit
I'm usually inspired by layouts done by others. But I was watching a movie and they happened to have bead garland as a decoration. Ya know, it hangs from the door frame and you walk through it? I had just cleaned my kids rooms and found these sequins that matched perfectly. It seemed to match the age of the picture--taken in the 70's when macrame was HUGE! :) --wonder if that will come back too? ANYWAY, my layout came together!

Alright here comes the RAK part. I know you have been patiently waiting... Answer my question and your name will be put in a drawing. (it's good I promise--it's got GLITZ) The winner will be announced on Wednesday.
Where does your inspiration come from?

In case you started with me and aren't sure where to start here is the list of blogs you need to hop to:
Diana W. <-- You are HERE

Thanks for stopping by and GOOD LUCK!

I love how you've done your sequins, what a great idea. My inspiration tends to come from other scrapbookers - I love having a good blog hop and bookmarking LOs that I love. fmatth4731@aol.com

yeah, seriously LOVE the sequins, and what a fabby vintage-esque page!

i'm inspired by just about anything - some funky ad on tv, a bold pattern i see on a piece of furniture, colors and patterns on clothing and bags, whatever... sometimes it's just a matter of looking outside and seeing some awesome swirly colors in the sky or the clouds. EVERYTHING inspires me! it's just a matter of finding uninterrupted crafty time, and sitting down and getting to it! :) (so, ultimately, there's loads of inspiration out there, but i just hope like crazy that when i'm able to play, i can muster up some of those ideas!)

LOVE your page, and such a fabby blog! (new follower here!)

Ooh love the vintage look you got on your LO! My inspiration usually comes from my daily surroundings but most of the time is from the photo I'm about to scrap. I love to connect the picture with elements that evoke the emotion of the pic. Sounds cheesy but it makes me scrap more! Thanks for the chance to win!

Love your sequins, they turned out really cute. I, too, am inspired by others. I love to look at layouts online, in magazines, and in my scrapbook buddies albums. Other times, I just go off a sketch. I love to ceate a page off a sketch and than look at what others have come up with. It's so fun to see the many different ideas all from one sketch.
