Pumpkin!! Yummo!!

I just have to tell you that this recipe is so yummy! My 8 DS has been asking for these, and I finally made them for lunch yesterday. I prefer mine without syrup, and you can eat them as a snack from the leftovers. Yummo!
Pumpkin pancakes
4 eggs 6 Tablespoons Canned pumpkin
2 1/2 cups buttermilk 1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 stick butter, melted 1/2 tsp. salt
2 1/2 cups flour 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking pwdr 1/2 tsp. all spice
1 tsp. baking soda
Combine all of #1 in bowl. Combine all of #2 in seperate bowl. Then add wet to dry mix until blended. Cook like pancakes.
