Cinnamon rolls! Yummo!
Dough:
3/4 Cups buttermilk, warm (I use dried buttermilk)
6 Tbsp unsalted butter melted and cooled until warm
3 large eggs, lightly beaten
4 1/4 cups flour
1/4 cup sugar
1 envelope yeast
1 1/4 tsp table salt
whisk buttermilk, butter and eggs together in a large liquid measuring cup. Mix 4 cups of flour, sugar, yeast and salt in a stand mixer with dough hook. On low speed add buttermilk mixture and mix until the dough comes together, about a minute.
Then turn speed up medium-low for 10 minutes. If more flour is needed add 1/4 cup, 1 tablespoon at a time, until just cleans bowl
Turn dough out onto clean counter and knead by hand to form smooth round ball about 1 minute. Place the dough in oiled bowl and wrap tight with plastic wrap let rise 2 to 2 1/2 hours.
For insides:
3/4 cup packed light brown sugar
2 tsp ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp ground cloves
pinch table salt
Mix brown sugar, cinnamon, cloves, and salt together in a small bowl.
Turn dough onto lightly floured counter and press it into a 12" x 16 " rectangle. Brush dough with butter. Sprinkle the brown sugar mixture over dough.
Roll the dough into a tight cylinder pinch seam closed. Roll so the seam is down. Slice into 12 equal sized rolls, arrange on a 13" x 9" pan. Wrap tightly with plastic wrap let rise 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
Bake at 350 degrees for 20- 25 minutes or until golden. Flip onto wire rack cool 5 minutes.
For topping:
3 Tbsp. cream cheese, softened
3 Tbsp. buttermilk or milk
1 1/2 cups confectioner sugar
Whisk the cream cheese and buttermilk together in a large bowl until thick and smooth. Add confectioners sugar and beat 30 seconds. Flip rolls upright and drizzle with glaze over warm rolls.
For my rolls I skipped the topping it was a little sweet for me, but it is still WAY better than cinnabon! enjoy!

To do Clipboard
I have papers that float all over my desk and I figured this would be a perfect solution to the mad searching, KEEP IT ALL TOGETHER.
Pattern paper, ribbon, letter stickers, brads: american crafts
scallop boarder: bazzill
glitter glue: (pink) lil davis designs
Basic how to:
I bought my clipboard at Walmart for like 92 cents. If you feel like you want to do more than one, I have seen them in multi-packs at Sam's club for like 88 cents a piece.
I cut my paper down to 8 1/2 x 11 and glued it down using 3M tacky adhesive (LOVE THIS!!). For my to do part I measured the height of my tallest letter and cut my matte paper just larger than the 1" letters.
For the ribbon along the bottom I cut it just larger than my clipboard and glued it on the back, (I didn't want to waste any of my fabulous ribbon)
for the ribbon on the top, a good rule of thumb to follow is that the thicker your ribbon you want to tie the longer you want to cut it, the thinner it is the shorter you cut it. The reason being that the thicker ribbon has a harder time going around when it's being tied so you need a little more room to tie it.
I really am enjoying my clipboard, it's so much more fun than just a plain/blank one. I sure hope that these instructions were clear. I would love to see what anyone else comes up with!
Play with AC and pagemaps
I tried to follow the design for my card, the rubons were something I had on my desk, I really like how it turned out!

Bucket list travel album
This is the travel addon kit sold at Scrapbook Circle. The album is Tinkerink peekaboo, Paper, stickers & brads are all Making Memories, flowers are Heidi Swapp. The actual idea for this little book came from the Making Memories blog, a designer there decided to do a bucket list layout, I just expanded. Now for pictures!
Woohoo!
pattern paper: Prima
letters: american crafts
stars: fancy pants
sticker: scenic route
glitter glue: stickles
I sanded the pictures a little, added acrylic paint to let the stars "shine" and there is some sewing.

PIZZA!!
1 can tomato sauce
1 Tablespoon instant minced onion (you could always use fresh)
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/8 garlic powder (I like to use fresh, I use 2 cloves cut up)
Dough:
1 cup warm water
1 Tablespoon yeast
1/4 cup oil
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 1/4 to 2 1/2 cup flour (start with less and add more, if making in a mixer, you want it to just clean the bowl)
I like to use a stone ware rectangle pan to make sure the bottom is crunchy, I also like to put a little cornmeal on the bottom so the dough doesn't stick to the pan. I usually eyeball it.....
Toppings, Mozarella, bell peppers, pepparoni, hamburger, mushrooms....whatever you like....
Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes, I cooked mine a little longer because the edges weren't brown enough for me. After cooking let it sit for a minute or two to cool down. Then eat up!! We hardly have any leftovers, and if we do the boys ALWAYS fight for who will get the last piece, ENJOY!!

Fun-ness that I made yesterday
The sketch came from the new Scrapbooks etc. page planner pg. 104. I loved using the new GCD papers fell in love with those at CHA this year, american crafts brads & rubons, scenic route chipboard, making memories eyelet (surprised myself with that one!). I was pretty excited to use up some of my MANY rubons and new toys. Oh, and yes that IS me in the wet suit.....yeah I know real attractive! This nice lady at the lake took our picture, she probably thought we were all crazy....
here is the journaling:
Swim * Bike * Run * My first sprint triathlon! A group of friends decided they wanted to, and asked if I wanted to join.. Sure, I haven't done anything like this since I was 19! The training was interesting seeing that most of it I did myself, occasionally we would get together, to run or ride. My friend Jennie and I swam at our gym. The very first time I swam I thought I was going to drown doing every stroke possible to stay afloat! I improved and even borrowed a wet suit to help with the lack of confidence in the water. I bought a swim cap (so I don't totally fry my hair) and a water bottle for my bike, (I just think it's so cool!) I almost bought riding gloves, but really..... I also bought knee braces, yuck! I can run on a treadmill but the road absolutely kills my knees. Sure sign I am getting old! I took a few rides to my parent’s house (7 miles round trip), and even did one open water swim at Saguaro Lake, disgusting about covers that…and yet somehow I survived training….
