climb to the top

today has been a BUSY one!  I went to the gym after sending the kiddos to school.  Then came home and began making cookies, clipping coupons (organizing them) doing laundry (never ending) and enjoying the rain while I caught up on one of my taped shows.  So I'm just posting this layout now!  And I based it on a page maps sketch I found somewhere, but couldn't find it on their blog.  SORRY!  Anyway here it is:
I LOVE it!  That burst of yellow is just SO fun!  Let me first tell you about these pictures, I developed them at Snapfish a collage on a 4 x 6!  It was 9 cents!  All the deliciousness you see (minus the letters in the title) can be found in the October kit at Scrapbook Circle!  Lisa told me that the playing card included in the kit she picked up while on vacation this summer in Europe.  (Correct me if I'm wrong Lisa!)  I knew I had to add both sides!  Anyway, the Pink Paislee borders are misted with chalk ink spray.  SO COOL!  I also misted the background which you can't really tell from this picture--it's yellow.
I've got to run!  My kiddos have been trying to get the stuff off of their floors, we are getting our carpets cleaned and I'm TOTALLY excited about that!  Anyway, they are wanting their dinner so I should probably go! :)
Thanks for checking in!

Oh, I forgot to say that yes, the playing card did come from my trip to Europe this summer. I found them in a toy store in Vienna. :) Love how you used it on the layout.
