Cruisin a lifted page.
I love scraplifting myself, it let's me be creative with the product right in front of me, AND add things that I wanted to add the first time! For one of my challenges over at Scrapbook Circle I lifted myself:
I LOVED how this turned out-I remember this was the last page that I had created with my kit and I only had scraps left--I wanted to highlight what was in the kit, use my punches and HAVE fun! This layout is one of my favorites..
So here is my lift:
I decided to go with one picture, change where the title was, and add some mist. Other than that I tried to stay true to the my original page. I found this fun picture of my son (who will be 16 soon!) from preschool, the teacher took it and I'm so grateful because I never would've had one had she not. My kids have had FANTASTIC teachers that document...
For my lifted layout I used the Scrapbook Circle kit, Snapshot. Love that I could highlight so much of this fun kit! Thanks for the visit today!

grandma.
For Mother's day this year we got to see both mom's in our family. I took advantage of the family get together's to get some fun shots, this one is of the grandkids that were there at the party:

closeup:
I had so much fun adding touches here and there to this layout. I think my favorite parts are the machine stitching and the embossing. I honestly do NOT do enough of it--I still think it's like magic! The stencil I used is exclusive to the Snapshot Scrapbook Circle kit this month. Thanks for the visit today--Happy Saturday!

family together.
These two boys are seriously inseperable--they have ALWAYS been that way! They were in heaven when we stayed with them for a week last summer. So cute--I love this page because it's colorful just like these two boys!
little closeup:
Thanks SO much for the quick visit today--I created this page with the January kit from Scrapbook Circle called Fresh Start--thanks again!

she's back--Scrapbook Circle Blog hop!
This week Scrapbook Circle has teamed up with the Cut Shoppe by Ashley Horton. I was really excited to be able to work with some of Ashley's cuts--in fact all of my layouts this month has something of Ashley's on them! ;)
Today though I want to focus on this layout:
there are several different cuts on this layout--the title I made myself, the go is a SBC digital cut found HERE. But the stars are from Ashley and they can be found HERE. For this particular image I cut it in half.
This layout focuses on my daughter who suffered a sprained ankle and strained tendon--YES, very painful and A LOT frustrating--she had to sit out for 4 games-two weeks. Super difficult for someone who LOVES the game of soccer and is used to starting. She came back in this game and scored 2 goals and had several assists--fun to see her embracing her pent up energy!
Next hop is Rebecca Keppel
Thanks for the visit today--I REALLY appreciate it!

2014 year in review
So as I was looking through my folders "trying" to pick a favorite layout for each month, I had a difficult time! I ended up with 19. 2014 was a super creative year for me and I really had fun looking through what I created, remembering why I loved each creation (For American Crafts, Scrapbook Circle, and Jillibean Soup), so in no particular order:
thanks for the visit AND for hanging out with me in 2014! Happy New year!
